Our subscription service provides uninterrupted access to your chosen products with flexible weekly or monthly billing cycles.
Why does monis.rent use a rental subscription model?
The concept is straightforward and designed for maximum flexibility:
With our rental subscription model, you only pay the one-time costs — such as delivery and service fees — during checkout. The actual rental fee for your items (charged weekly or monthly) only starts once you have received the products. This ensures your selected items remain reserved for you with no fixed end date, allowing you to rent for as long as you need. You can initiate a return at any time through your monis account by scheduling it at least one day before your preferred return date.
Another key benefit of this model is its built-in flexibility. You can add, swap, or partially return items at any time. Your subscription will automatically adjust so you only pay for what you rent and for the exact duration you use the items. The system recalculates any unused rental time and returns it to you as account credit, which can be applied to future orders.
- Flexible duration: Continue renting as long as you need. You dont need to choose a end date yet, but of course you can anytime setup a return from your account in order end your rental and cancel your subscription.
- Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle to ensure no interruptions. A subscription renewal reminder will be sent 3 days before your order renewal via email ensuring you are transparently informed about any upcoming charges.
Important
Once a subscription renews, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that billing period. To avoid renewal, please schedule your return at least one day before the subscription renewal date.
A credit balance will be automatically issued to your account if you return your items early.In order to have the credit back system work properly, any outstanding invoices need to be paid; otherwise, the credit back system will be denied.
Example Scenario
You placed an order over the weekend and selected Monday for delivery. During checkout, you chose the weekly subscription plan.
- On Monday, your items were delivered and you started using them. The delivery fee was charged when placing the order on the weekend, and the weekly rental fee was charged shortly after delivery.
- Your rental period runs from Monday to the following Monday (7 days). The plan automatically renews unless you return the items.
- Pickup is free of charge if the pickup address is the same as the delivery address. If you request pickup from a different location, an additional fee may apply.
- To avoid being charged for another week, you must return the items no later than the following Monday. If you schedule a pickup after Monday (e.g., Tuesday or Wednesday), the subscription will renew, and partial refunds are not available.
Note: The minimum payment and usage for the weekly/monthly subscription is one week/month. Even if you use it for less time, you will still be charged for the full week/month.
