When do I get charged?
When placing your online order, you can choose between two payment options:
- Fixed Rental Period:
- Pay a one-time, upfront amount for the entire rental period (one invoice).
- Weekly or Monthly Subscription:
- At checkout, you’ll only be charged for the delivery and pickup fees, as well as the priority delivery fee (if selected).
- The weekly or monthly rental fee will be charged automatically after the items are delivered to you.
For subscription payments, you will receive an email notification whenever a charge is authorized, including the subscription renewal date.
Important Notes:
- To avoid additional charges, you must cancel/return your rental items at least one day before the subscription renewal date.
- Accidental renewals are non-refundable.
- If you select a monthly subscription and return your items partway through a billing period (e.g., after 1.5 months), the full charge for the second month will still apply.
