For one-time payment orders, the return schedule is automatically set based on the order date by default. Here’s how you can update the return details:

Go to the "My Orders" Page: Click the menu and click on My Orders.
Click the "Edit" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Edit button.
Access the Return Menu Page: On the return menu page, you can:

Change the return date. Note: You can only select a date earlier than the current return date.
Update the return address. If the new address is significantly farther from the warehouse, additional charges may apply. A notification will inform you of these charges.

Our subscription service provides uninterrupted access to your chosen products with flexible weekly or monthly billing cycles.

No fixed rental end date: Continue renting as long as you need.
Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle to ensure no interruptions.

Important: Once a subscription renews, it cannot be canceled or refunded for that billing period. To avoid renewal, please schedule your return at least one day before the subscription renewal date.

Scenario: You placed an order over the weekend and selected Monday for delivery. During checkout, you chose the weekly subscription plan.

On Monday, your items were delivered, and you started using them. The delivery and pickup fees were charged initially when placing the order, and the weekly rental fee was charged shortly after delivery.
Your rental period runs from Monday to the following Monday (7 days). The plan automatically renews unless you return the items.
To avoid being charged for another week, you must return the items no later than the following Monday. If you schedule a pickup after Monday (e.g., Tuesday or Wednesday), the subscription will renew, and partial refunds are not available.

Note: The minimum payment and usage for the weekly/monthly method is one week/month. Even if you use it for less time, you will still be charged for the full week/month.
