How do I return my order?
One-Time Payment Orders
For one-time payment orders, the return schedule is automatically set based on the order date by default. Here’s how you can update the return details:
Go to the "My Orders" Page: Click the menu and click on My Orders.

Click the "Edit" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Edit button.

Access the Return Menu Page: On the return menu page, you can:
- Change the return date. Note: You can only select a date earlier than the current return date.


- Update the return address. If the new address is significantly farther from the warehouse, additional charges may apply. A notification will inform you of these charges.

Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, here’s how you can update your return details:
Click the "Return Items" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Return Items button.

Open the Return Items Dialog: On the return menu dialog, you can:
- Select Return Items:
- Select specific items for partial return or choose to return all items.
- Note: Partial returns will incur an additional pickup fee.
- Change the Return Date: Adjust the return date if needed.


Edit Return Items: You can update the return date and address or cancel the return entirely if you want to modify the items being returned.
