Each item may have a different security deposit requirement. The total security deposit is calculated based on the combination of items in your order. For example:

• Lower-value items: These may not require a security deposit, but a deposit can still apply depending on the item and quantity.
• Higher-value items: These are more likely to require a security deposit, especially when ordering multiple items or items with higher individual value.

The maximum security deposit is $120.

Do I Have to Pay the Security Deposit?

If your order requires a security deposit, it must be paid before delivery. Orders that require a deposit cannot be delivered until the deposit is received.

When Is the Security Deposit Due?

The security deposit is due immediately after checkout. To make future rentals easier, you can add the deposit to your account balance. This allows you to reuse the same deposit for future orders, without needing to pay it again each time.

Will I Get My Security Deposit Back?

Yes, the security deposit can be withdrawn or refunded after your rental is completed. Once all rented items are returned and have passed the inspection at our storage (no damage or issues found), your security deposit will be released. If any damage or issues are identified during the inspection, a portion or all of the deposit may be retained depending on the condition of the items.
