How do I change my delivery/pickup address?
If you need to change the delivery address for undelivered items that have already been paid, follow these steps:
Go to the "My Orders" Page: Navigate to your order page and click on My Orders.
Locate the Order: Find the specific order for which you want to update the delivery address.
Click the Pencil Icon: Next to the current delivery address, click on the pencil icon to edit the address.
Select a New Address: Use the map selection tool to choose the new delivery address. Drag the pin to the correct location or select an address from the available options.
Confirm the Update: Once you’ve selected the new address, confirm your changes. Ensure the updated details are correct before finalizing.
After completing these steps, the delivery address for your order will be updated. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, contact our support team for assistance.
