How do I change my delivery/pickup address?
Can I change my address while I’m renting?
Yes, you can change your address while you’re renting with us.
At checkout you simply select the address where you want your items delivered. If you move during your rental, that’s totally fine — just take the items with you and update your address in your account. When you later submit a return request, we will automatically use the new address so we come to the correct location for pickup.
NOTE if the new address is further away from our warehouse than the original delivery address, our system may automatically add a small extra fee to cover the additional logistic distance.
How to update my address:
If you need to change the delivery address for undelivered items that have already been paid, follow these steps:
- Go to the "My Orders" Page: Navigate to your order page and click on My Orders.

- Locate the Order: Find the specific order for which you want to update the delivery address.
- Click the Pencil Icon: Next to the current delivery address, click on the pencil icon to edit the address.

- Select a New Address: Use the map selection tool to choose the new delivery address. Drag the pin to the correct location or select an address from the available options.

- Confirm the Update: Once you’ve selected the new address, confirm your changes. Ensure the updated details are correct before finalizing.
After completing these steps, the delivery address for your order will be updated. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, contact our support team for assistance.
