How to swap items to an existing order
Swapping an item allows you to return an item you’ve previously ordered and delivered, and replace it with a new one. Please follow the steps below to complete the swap process:
- Login to your account. Make sure you’re logged in with the correct account and that you already have an order that has been marked as Delivered.
- Add the new item to your cart. Browse the catalog and add the new item you wish to receive as a replacement to your cart.
- Go to your orders page. Visit https://my.monis.rent/orders and use the Filter by Delivered option to view your completed orders.
- Start the swap process. On the product card of the relevant order, click “Add or swap items”. You’ll be redirected to a new page—on this page, choose the Swap option.
- Adjust product quantity if needed. You may adjust the quantity of the new item(s) to match the number of items you want to return.
- Select items to return. Choose the item(s) from the delivered order that you want to return. You can select multiple items if needed.
- Review and confirm details. Check that the pickup location and scheduled date for the swap are correct and fit your preferences.
- Review the delivery fee. There is a delivery fee for the swap, but it will be only 50% of the original delivery cost charged during your initial order.
- Submit the swap request. Once everything is confirmed, click Submit. Your request will be processed, and our team will handle the return and delivery.
You’re done! We’ll arrange the pickup of your returned items and deliver the new ones based on the schedule you selected.
