How to request refund

You can make request a refund to get your money back by following these steps.

Steps to process a return

• Go to my orders

Click the hamburger menu icon on the navigation bar and open My Orders.

• Choose the order you like to be refunded.

Click the dots menu icon and select the option Problem with order.

• Choose Refund Submission
• 1. Choose the eligible invoice you wish to be refunded.
  2. Choose your refund method.
  3. • Reward Balance Credit

Refunded to your Monis Reward Balance and applied to future invoices

• Card Refund

Refunded to the card or account you paid with. A payment and processing fee is deducted, so you get back slightly less than the full amount.

3. Tell us your reason for requesting this refund.
4. Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions.

You can track your refund progress on this page. You can also contact our customer service if you need more assistance by providing your dispute ID.
