How to add items to an existing order

If you have already placed an order but forgot to include certain items, you can follow this guide to add them.


Note: The method to add items depends on whether the order has already been delivered or not.


Case 1: If your order has not been delivered yet

Follow these steps if you’ve already placed and paid for your order, but it hasn’t been delivered yet.

  • Make sure you are logged in with the account you used to place the order.
  • Go to the Orders page, navigate to: https://my.monis.rent/orders.
  • Filter by “Paid” status, this filter will show you all orders that have been paid for but not yet delivered.
  • On each order card, you will find an “Addon” section. This section recommends additional items based on your current order. You can click on these suggested products and add them to the same order.


  • If you want to add items outside of the recommended “Addon” section, you will need to place a new order, just like you did before.


Case 2: If Your Order Has Already Been Delivered

  • Make sure you are logged in with the account you used to place the order.
  • Add the items you want to the cart first.
  • Visit the Orders page: https://my.monis.rent/orders and filter by “Delivered” to see completed orders.
  • On the bottom-right of each order card, click the “Add or swap items” button.
  • On the next page, choose the “Add” option.


  • The system will use the items currently in your cart to create the addition. If your cart is empty, you will see an alert message. So make sure to add items to your cart before continuing.
  • Adjust the quantity of items as needed.
  • Choose your preferred delivery date and confirm the delivery location.
  • You will also see a price breakdown, including any delivery fees.
  • Agree to the return terms and conditions, then click Submit to proceed.
