How do I return only one item?

For subscription orders, you can choose to return only one item instead of returning all items. Here’s how you can do it:


  1. Go to the "My Orders" Page: Navigate to your order page and click on My Orders.

  1. Click the "Return Items" Button: Locate the subscription order you want to modify and select the Return Items button.

  1. Access the Return Items Page: On the return menu page, you will see a list of items included in your order. Here you can:
  • Select the specific item(s) you want to return. You can choose to return only one item or multiple items.

  • Confirm your selection.


  1. Complete the Return Details:
  • You can update the return address if needed. If the updated address is significantly farther from the warehouse, additional fees may apply. You will be notified of these charges.
  • If you are only returning one item (partial return), an additional pickup fee will be applied.


  1. Confirm Your Changes: Ensure all details are correct before submitting your return request.
