How to Report a Problem with My Order


If you encounter an issue with a rented product, you can easily report it for assistance. Follow these steps to submit a report:


  1. Go to the "My Orders" Page: Click the menu and select My Orders.

  1. Click the "Problem with order" Button: Locate the order you want to report an issue with and select Problem with order.
    The button is available in two places:
  • In the order details page (bottom section).
  • In the options menu (three-dot icon in the top right).

  1. Select the Issue Type: On the Problem with Order page, you can choose the problem type:
  • Missing item or parts – If an accessory or component is missing.
  • Damage or defective item – If the rented item is faulty or damaged.

  1. Provide Problem Details: On the issue details page, you can:
  • Select the troubled item: Choose the affected rental product.
  • Add a note: Describe the issue in detail.
  • Upload pictures: Attach images for verification (optional but recommended).
  • Submit the report: Click Submit to send the request for review.
