2. How do I return subscription orders

For subscription orders, here’s how you can update your return details:

1. Click the "Return Items" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Return Items button.
   

2. Open the Return Items Dialog: On the return menu dialog, you can:

• Select ** **Return Items:
• • Select specific items for partial return or choose to return all items.
  • Note: Partial returns will incur an additional pickup fee.
• Change the Return Date: Adjust the return date if needed.
  

3. Edit Return Items: You can update the return date and address or cancel the return entirely if you want to modify the items being returned.
