How do I return my order?

One-Time Payment Orders

For one-time payment orders, here’s how you can update your return details:

Go to the "My Orders" Page: Click the menu and click on My Orders.


Click the "Update" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Update button.


Access the Return Menu Page: On the return menu page, you can:
- Change the return date. Note: You can only select a date earlier than the current return date.

- Update the return address. If the new address is significantly farther from the warehouse, additional charges may apply. A notification will inform you of these charges.

Subscription Orders

For subscription orders, here’s how you can update your return details:

Click the "Return Items" Button: Locate the order you want to modify and select the Return Items button.


Access the Return Items Page: On the return menu page, you can:
- Return Items:
- Select specific items for partial return or choose to return all items.
- Note: Partial returns will incur an additional pickup fee.
- Change the Return Date: Adjust the return date if needed.
- Update the Return Address: Change the return address. Keep in mind that if the updated address is much farther from the warehouse, additional fees may apply. You will be notified of these charges.
