How do I return my order?

How to return your items (full return & partial return)

You can return your items either as a full return (returning all items in the order) or a partial return (returning only selected items). The steps are almost the same, with one key difference: partial returns include a pickup fee, while full returns are free of charge.

Steps to process a return

  • Go to my orders

Click the hamburger menu icon on the navigation bar and open My Orders.

  • Open the delivered tab

Go to the Delivered tab to view orders that have already been delivered. Inside the order details, select the Return My Order button.

  • Select the return tab

You will be directed to the Return tab to start your return process.

  • Choose the items to return

The page will show all eligible items.

    • For a full return, select all items.
    • For a partial return, select only the items you want to return.
  • Review the pickup fee
    • Full return: No pickup fee will be charged.
    • Partial return: A pickup fee will be displayed and applied.

  • Select a return date

Choose your preferred pickup date. Our team will collect the items on the selected date.

  • Agree to the return terms

Review and accept the Return Terms and Conditions, then click Submit.

  • View your return schedule

After submitting, you will see the Schedule Return section with your pickup details.

  • Track or edit your pickup

Click Tracking to monitor the return status. Click Edit if you need to change the pickup location or add notes.

Early return & credit balance (prorated)

If you return your items before the end of your billing cycle, you may receive a credit balance that will be automatically applied to your next subscription payment.

Here’s how the prorated credit works:

  • Your subscription is billed for a full month in advance.
  • If you return the item early, the remaining unused days of your subscription are calculated.
  • Based on those unused days, you receive a prorated credit balance.
  • The credit amount is not refunded in cash, but applied to your next month’s subscription payment.

Example:

If you paid for 30 days but return the item after 20 days, the remaining 10 days are converted into a prorated credit balance that will reduce your next subscription invoice.
