How do I return my order?
How to return your items (full return & partial return)
You can return your items either as a full return (returning all items in the order) or a partial return (returning only selected items). The steps are almost the same, with one key difference: partial returns include a pickup fee, while full returns are free of charge.

Early return & credit balance (prorated)
If you return your items before the end of your billing cycle, you may receive a credit balance that will be automatically applied to your next subscription payment.

Here’s how the prorated credit works:
- Your subscription is billed for a full month in advance.
- If you return the item early, the remaining unused days of your subscription are calculated.
- Based on those unused days, you receive a prorated credit balance.
- The credit amount is not refunded in cash, but applied to your next month’s subscription payment.
Example:
If you paid for 30 days but return the item after 20 days, the remaining 10 days are converted into a prorated credit balance that will reduce your next subscription invoice.
