3. Power On

How to Use the Walking Pad

Use the included remote control to:
- Start/Stop the treadmill
- Increase/decrease speed
- Switch between modes (Manual or Automatic)
The remote makes basic execution quick and safe without touching the machine directly.
▶ Workout Modes
Manual Mode (M):
- You control the speed via the remote or the KS Fit app
- Best for consistent pace workouts.
Automatic Mode (A):
- Speed adjusts automatically based on where you step on the belt:
- Walking toward the front → speed increases
- Walking toward the back → speed decreases
- Great for hands-free walking sessions.
Useful Controls & Safety
- Always make sure the safety key is installed before starting.
- Use the wrist strap attached to the remote — if pulled, it will immediately stop the treadmill.
- If the treadmill doesn’t respond, power cycle it: turn off → wait 10 seconds → turn on.

⚠️ Important Notes
If you notice:
- Unusual noises, squeaks, or belt dragging
- Belt slipping or rough movement
- Any operational irregularity
Please report this immediately to us before returning — this helps us:
- Diagnose issues (e.g., lubrication needed or belt tension adjustment)
- Arrange any necessary fixes
- Avoid unnecessary fees for unreported damages
Typically, noise or friction issues can be due to lack of belt lubrication, which can often be fixed with proper silicone oil application.
