Apple Mac Mini M2 & M4 setup guide


How to Setup


1. Unpacking and Setup


  1. Carefully remove the Apple Mac Mini, power cable, and accessories from the packaging.
  2. Place the device on a stable surface near your monitor, keyboard, and mouse.
  3. Connect the device to power using the provided cable.
  4. Attach peripherals:

  • Monitor: Connect via HDMI or USB-C/Thunderbolt.
  • Keyboard and Mouse: Use Bluetooth or connect via USB for first connection.


  1. Turn on the device by pressing the power button on the back one time.


2. Setting up


  1. Turn on the Mouse and Keyboard and connect them with a cable to the Apple Mac Mini to initiate a connection.
  2. Log-in using the credentials provided on the label sticker on your Apple Mac Mini.

  • Important Note: Do not change any pre installed log in or account, otherwise a $60 refurbishing fee will be charged!



3. Using the Mac


  • Installations: You are free to login to your iCould account, install applications and make adjustments to suit your needs.
  • Apple iCould: You will be able to connect your own Apple iCould to import files via Time Machine if need.


Important Note: Log out from your iCloud account before returning the Apple Mac Mini!



How to Return


1. Backup Your Data


  1. Ensure all personal data is backed up using an external drive or iCloud.
  2. Log out from your iCould account to ensure no personal data is left.
  3. Log out of any other websites and applications you used.
  4. Turn off the Apple Mac Studio.


2. Clean and Repack the Device


  1. Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the device. Avoid using cleaning agents directly on the Mac.
  2. Carefully repack the Apple Mac Studio, power cable, and all accessories in the original packaging.


Important Notes


  • Remove Apple ID: Make sure your iCloud account is signed out before returning the device. If we can't access the Mac and need to reset it, a $60 refurbishing fee will be charged.
  • Complete Packaging: Missing accessories or packaging will result in extra fees.
  • Report Issues: Inform us immediately about any damage or problems. Do not attempt unauthorized repairs.
