Starlink setup guide



Install the Starlink app on your smartphone or tablet.
Log in using credentials displayed at your order at [my.monis.rent/orders](https://my.monis.rent/orders).

2. Position the Dish



Choose a location with a clear view of the sky (e.g., rooftop or open field).
Use the app’s scan feature to check for obstructions and ensure adequate satellite coverage.

3. Connect and Power On



Attach the Starlink WiFi router to the dish using the provided cables.
Plug the system into a power source.
Wait a few minutes for the router to activate.

4. Connect to WiFi



Join the WiFi network with your device:

Network Name: Monis Starlink

Password: starlinkbali24
You can monitor performance and signal quality in the app.

5. Connection Information



The device operates on a Mobile - Regional plan, providing coverage throughout Indonesia.
Note: Initial satellite connection may take a few minutes.

How to Return



1. Stow the Dish



Open the Starlink App.
Go to Settings and select "Starlink".
Slide the "Stow" slider to the right.

This action moves the dish into the stow position for safe packing and transport.

2. Reset WiFi Credentials (only if changed)



If you changed the WiFi name or password, reset it to:

Network Name: Monis Starlink

Password: starlinkbali24

3. Clean and Pack



Clean the dish, router, and cables to remove dust or debris.
Repack all components, including the dish, router, cables, and original packaging materials, securely into the box.

Important Notes



Missing Accessories: Ensure all components are included. Missing items may result in additional charges.
Improper Setup or Stowing: If the dish is not returned in the stow position or with altered settings, a refurbishing fee of $50 will apply.
Damage: Report any damage immediately. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed and may incur additional fees.
