How to Swap Rented Items

🔄 How to Swap a Rented Item



The process of swapping an item depends on your order status. Please follow the steps below based on your situation

If Your Order Has Not Been Shipped Yet



You can easily swap an item by removing the current one and adding a new product. Steps:

Go to the Orders Page.
Find the order that contains the item you want to swap.
Click “Remove” on the item you wish to return.


Click “Add Product” to select the new item you want to rent.

Confirm and save your changes.

📌 Note: This option is only available before the order is shipped.

If Your Order Has Already Been Delivered



Once your order status is Delivered, you won’t be able to remove or add items directly. To swap items in this case, follow these steps:

Go to the Orders Page.
Click “Return Item” on the delivered order.
Select the item(s) you wish to return.


Click “Submit” to complete the return request.
Place a new order for the item you prefer. Once the new item is delivered, we will assist you with the return of the item you no longer need, including the additional pickup fee incurred during the partial return. 📌 Note: If you’re returning only part of the order, an additional pickup fee may apply.
