Foldable Walking Pad R2 Pro setup guide
How to Set Up
1. Unboxing & Placing the Machine
- Remove the Walking Pad R2 Pro, power cable, remote control, safety key, wrist strap, hex wrench, silicone oil, and user manual from the packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a flat, stable surface with enough room around it for safe use.
2. Unfolding & Preparing
- Unfold the machine by lifting and extending the deck until it lays flat.
- Extend the handrails to a comfortable upright position and tighten the locking knobs.
- Install the safety key by plugging it into the designated slot — this enables the treadmill to start.
- Ensure the power cable is fully connected.
3. Power On
- Plug the treadmill into a power outlet and switch it on.
- The LED display will light up, showing metrics like time, speed, distance, steps, and calories.
Trouble Shooting
- Always make sure the safety key is installed before starting.
- Use the wrist strap attached to the remote — if pulled, it will immediately stop the treadmill.
- If the treadmill doesn’t respond, power cycle it: turn off → wait 10 seconds → turn on.
- If the remote control is not connected, follow the steps below:
How to re-connect the remote controller
In some cases, it appears that the remote controller is not connecting to the walking pad. In these cases, please perform a reconnection and follow the steps in the video or in the list below:
- Hold down the mode button on the remote controller and turn on the walking pad at the same time
- Wait until you hear a beep sound and release the mode button
- Press the mode button on the remote controller again to turn it back on
How to Return
1. Power Down
- Turn the treadmill off and unplug it from the outlet.
- Remove the safety key and keep it with the unit.
2. Clean & Repack
- Wipe the treadmill surface gently with a dry cloth.
- Avoid liquid cleaners or sprays.
- Repack all components in the original packaging:
- Walking Pad R2 Pro
- Power cable
- Remote control
- Safety key + wrist strap
- Hex wrench + silicone oil
- Manual / documentation
⚠️ Important Notes
If you notice:
- Unusual noises, squeaks, or belt dragging
- Belt slipping or rough movement
- Any operational irregularity
Please report this immediately to us before returning — this helps us:
- Diagnose issues (e.g., lubrication needed or belt tension adjustment)
- Arrange any necessary fixes
- Avoid unnecessary fees for unreported damages
Typically, noise or friction issues can be due to lack of belt lubrication, which can often be fixed with proper silicone oil application.
