27" 5K Apple Studio Display setup guide


1. Unpacking, Placement, and Care Instructions


  1. Carefully remove the display from its packaging. Avoid touching the screen directly.
  2. Place the display on a stable, flat surface, away from edges where it might tip over.
  3. Ensure the location is safe, dry, and air-conditioned:

  • The display must be used in an air-conditioned room due to Bali’s high humidity.


  • Damage caused by humid conditions is the customer’s responsibility.


  1. Connect the display to your Mac or compatible device using the provided cable.
  2. Use only the provided cleaning cloth from the delivery box. Ensure the cloth is clean and free of dust or debris to avoid scratching the screen.




How to Clean


✅ What you need

  • Soft, lint-free microfiber cloth (like for glasses or camera lenses)
  • Clean water (preferably distilled)
  • Optional: a second dry cloth


🧽 How to clean it

  1. Turn off and unplug the display.
  2. Lightly dampen the microfiber cloth with water

(never spray directly on the screen).

  1. Gently wipe the screen using soft, straight motions.

No pressure.

  1. If needed, use a dry microfiber cloth to remove streaks.


🚫 What to avoid (important)

  • ❌ No window cleaners (e.g. Windex)
  • ❌ No alcohol, acetone, ammonia, or hydrogen peroxide
  • ❌ No paper towels, tissues, or rough cloths
  • ❌ No spraying liquid directly onto the display
  • ❌ No excessive pressure (especially on nano-texture glass)


⚠️ If you have Nano-texture glass

  • Only use Apple’s polishing cloth (or a very high-quality microfiber)
  • Water only — nothing else, ever



How to Return


1. Preparation


  1. Disconnect all cables and accessories from the display.
  2. Use the cleaning cloth to remove any fingerprints or smudges.


2. Packing and Care


  1. Repack the display and all accessories (including the cleaning cloth) securely in the original box.
  2. Ensure the display is not exposed to excessive humidity during transit.


Important Notes


  • Air Conditioning: The display must always be used in a cool, air-conditioned environment.
  • Damage or Scratches: Any damage, including scratches caused by improper cleaning or handling, is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Missing Items: Missing accessories or packaging will result in additional charges.
