15" Office Windows Laptop setup guide

1. Unpacking and Setup



Remove the laptop, power adapter, and any additional accessories from the box.
Place the laptop on a flat, stable surface.
Connect the power adapter to the laptop and plug it into a power source.
Power on the laptop by pressing the power button.

2. Account Login



The login PIN: 150523
Important: Do not change the account password, create new accounts, or modify administrator settings.

3. Using the Laptop



You are free to install and use software necessary for your work.
Do not uninstall pre-installed applications or modify system settings unrelated to your usage.

How to Erase Your Data Before Returning





Go to SettingsUpdate & SecurityRecovery.
Under Reset this PC, click Get started.
Select Remove everything.
Click Change settings → Toggle Data erasure (Off) and Delete files only.
Confirm and start the reset. This will remove all personal files while keeping the pre-installed account.

2. Manually Remove Your Data (Alternative)



Delete User Files: Go to C:\Users\[YourUsername] and delete the folder.
Clear Browser Data: Open your browser settings and delete history, cookies, and saved passwords.
Sign Out of Accounts: In Settings → Accounts, remove any connected accounts (Microsoft, Google, etc.).
Use Storage Cleanup: Go to Settings → System → Storage and select Free up space now.
Empty Recycle Bin: Right-click the Recycle Bin and select Empty Bin.

This ensures your data is erased before returning the laptop while keeping the pre-installed account intact.

Important Notes



Do Not Change Passwords: Ensure the login password is unchanged. Altering it may result in a refurbishing fee of $60.
Missing Accessories: Return all original accessories and packaging to avoid additional charges.
Report Damage: Inform us immediately if the laptop is damaged or malfunctioning. Unauthorized repairs are prohibited.
